The state of the dumpster's content is only determined by an observation, was the claim of early quantum theorists. The reality is, though, that the state of the dumpster is determined not by an observation, but by the laws of physics. and not mathematics.
So, the dumpster is full and should be emptied, unless you live in Kalifornia, in which case, its not a dumpster but a homeless shelter or tiny house for displaced former IT professionals or Amazon and Starbucks minimum wage slaves.
BTW: The cat dies when the atom decays whether you see it decaying or not.
