Now how did that big ol rock get way out there. Must be a meteorite. Maybe it's just a big old pregnant rock. Good thing you got it before all the little one's showed up.

That looks like Granite. Around here, it's worth $500-700 in the landscaping industry, particularly if you don't scar it up too bad.

It was worth a lot more than that in damage to my seeder..? Although you are right , A neighbour(City commuter) paid me $75 to move it 1/4 mile to his place (Yard feature) ..Niiiiiice ....Took me 15 minutes , I wish i could sell em all like this .
Untill i looked at this pic again i did'nt see the Co-Driver hanging out of the window ...That 6 year old is the "BOSS".

Be careful about pointing out stuff like that. Next thing you know the safety police of TBN will be all over your rear!;)

Wonder if it's worth my efforts to get a trailer load ready to ship down your way? Up here my land is full of big ole glacier rocks...;) How can we rock rich people help the rock poor?

If I had a buck for every pound of rock I have hauled, I could have a gold plated instead of a green JD.

Nice rock.

Basically, no, unless you can find a trucker deadheading back down south with a trailer that the things could be safely and legally carried on without concern about them falling off and squashing a Porsche or something when the truck goes around a curve. The transportation costs are the main reason decorative rocks cost so much in areas where they aren't. My daughter and SIL hauled some of mine up to their suburban Detroit home in their Chevy pickup, but nothing quite that big.
