When in the Course of humid events, it becomes necessary for one gardener to dissolve emotional ties to previously healthy but now brown tomato plants, and to part ways with dying mushy squash plants, subsequent to the laws of nature and the effects of rain shower after rain shower on muddy soil.
We hold these fruits to be self-evident, that all plants start out equal (though some start in miracle gro soil), that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unlimited possibilities, that among these are growth, beauty, edification and meals for the gardener.
That to secure these truths, seeds are planted, deriving their strength from their surroundings, but subject to the laws of humid conditions, bugs, and the occasional varmint. That it becomes the right of the gardener to alter or abolish it, and to institute new plants, to keep the fruit flowing.
And that if opponents to these efforts (also known as raccoons) should offer a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object that the gardener desires, it is the gardener痴 right, it is his duty, to throw off such opponent, and to provide new Guards for the garden's future security.
