A new tractor owner

I've been hanging out in the construction area of this forum for a while. Now I can come up here and hang out with the tractor guys too.

The new rig. New Holland T5070 and Bush Hog 2715L.

Wow! You can not only clear the property, but also keep it mowed afterward. Now all you need is something additional to dig in the dirt.

It varies...I can keep 5-5.3 mph in the lighter field grasses. When it gets heavier, I'm running 2nd gear and for some real tall weeds I had to hit first gear...about 2 mph. Even at 2 mph I should be getting over 3 acres per hour and moving along at 5 mph...over 7 if you are always mowing and not stopping to turn around.
