If anybody followed my previous thread about a blind bolt problem I was able to fix it using a toggle bolt. Here is a link to that thread. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/trailers-transportation/321622-blind-bolt-options.html
I was able to fix it with a toggle bolt. Its a lot smaller than the factory insert and bolt but should hold O.K.
The following is photos of the passenger side handle, I didn't think to snap any photos of the drivers side which is the one with the blind bolt hole problem I fixed with a toggle bolt.
I ordered a kit from Genos Garage to fix the factory grab handle. Its plastic and not that strong and the kit from Geno's comes with inserts that go on the inside and the outside to strengthen the plastic. The first photo is the inserts from Genos. The second is the passenger side handle. This one was still holding up, the drivers side is the one that was ripped off. The photo is the back side and if you look close the right side bolt hole is cracked and probably would have ripped off soon. The third photo is a pic of the back of the handle with the insert installed and the fourth is the front side of the handle with the inserts installed in the bolt holes. The handle is a trim piece that covers the entire A pillar.
