Here is my 1986 Ford 1910 with FEL and snowblower on it.

Finally got my christmas digital camera to work--just trying it out.

On the rear fender above the light is my cup holder made from PVC connectors epoxy glued to the plastic shroud around the light. I drilled several holes in the shroud and roughened the bottom of the PVC piece. There are 'drain' holes so water doesn't accumulate,

The arrow points to a Fleet-Farm tool box attached to the loader arm with 3 stainless steel worm gear clamps. I carry 2 chains, one light duty about 17' and the other 24'.

The picture turned out good RCH.
I see that you've got plenty of the white stuff as well.

Rch, cool setup. How are you using those clamps. Do they go around the whole box?

Nice looking machine RCH. I think I see a reflection of the sky on your hood. Is that some sort of digital effect, or would you be waxing your tractor????? Good Photo!

Take Care,

A place to carry a shovel

On the left loader arm there is a short 6" piece of 1 1/4" PVC pipe and some squeeze clamps further forward to hold a shovel. I'm in the process of making a different style clamp forward so tree limbs are less likly to dislodge the shovel.
On the next picture you'll see a piece of tin on the upright of the loader. This is where the heel of my hand goes climbing off and on- it takes away that cooky-cutter edge.

Where to carry a chain

DFB-- the clamps go through slits in the back of the toolbox. An ammo box would work well too; it's a little heavier metal and the lid has a seal with a positive lock.( If you look closely, I have a link of chain in the hasp of the lid to keep it closed) I drilled weep holes fore and aft in the bottom in case water gets in.I've never had it get in the way.

Rch,
By the looks you have the right tool for the right job when it comes to winter.

Re: A place to carry a shovel

The view of the the country landscape sure looks peaceful and quite out there.

Re: A place to carry a shovel

RCH,
Just going through the Photos to see what I might've missed. I like that shovel and the toolbox holder. Just one thing, wouldn't something
...less likly to dislodge the shovel.
also be likely to simply snap off the handle when the shovel gets caught?/w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif Basically, the current setup works just like a shear pin on the PTO... easier to pick the shovel off the ground than off the hardware store's shelf /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
