A while back there was a thread about a boxer found on the side of the road with wire ties around his muzzle and genitals.
There is an update in the NH Union Leader that you can read here You may have to register but it is free.
The dog has been renamed Dewey and has been adopted by a 66 year old retired gentleman. They live on a lake and Dewey is completely recovered. The gentleman lost his wife 3 ago and his dog last year so it seems like a good ending for both parties.
Unfortunately there were no details about the status of the young woman who did left the dog to die.
