Buying Advice About to order 4310... any last minute advice?

I bought the same setup you're talking about a month ago for $20,800 around a month ago here in Missouri. 4310 ehydro, 430 fel w 60"hd bucket, 60" mmm. So, your price doesn't look too far off. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't change a thing. I did add the box blade, landscape rake. spreader and I-match to the package for an additional $1700 and don't regret a thing. Keep the 216 as you can't replace it for that kind of money and you won't regret the decision. I had a few doubts around decision time and a little buyer's remorse for a day or so after but that went away when I began using the tractor, you will be surprised at how much you use it and how strong it is. Good choice. If you're buying, get the 4310.

So, if the electric diverter is an option, does one then get 2 'rear' pair of dual female connectors?
Sounds like a good way to go. I will look into that option, for sure.
Nice to not clutter up the operators area with more levers than needed. Thanks for the 'heads-up' tip.

Thanks for all the advice and comments /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif We were hoping to order this week but some budget overruns on our addition have made me nervous (that saying about doubling your budget and time estimate seems to be pretty darn accurate!) so we're going to wait a couple of weeks, but I can't wait to get it after reading all your positive feedback!

Is this something that works with all 4000 TEN series tractors? Also if I want to add a BackHoe latter on, would this be "in the way" or would I still be able to use it?
It definitely sound like a good alternative to adding the 3rd and 4rth SCVs.

The setup I posted was for all MidChassis, the Large chassis is similar The small units show a rear outlet kit, but no diverter...

BTW, The pic I posted shows a replacement stick; I am assuming it has a switch on the handle...

No problem, it won't be in the way, but neither will it help. You will still need Power Beyond....

Hydraulics sure were confusing to me at first. I am sure I am only beginning to understand. But each sure has a purpose. For TnT, I sure would like to see where TCC's (Jim McCuan) joystick would end up. I bet theirs is no more expensive than Deere's and would have a dedicated stick. Is that better? Depends! Each has their adcantages...

Your are right about it beeing confusing! Now I'm trying to figure out what I need to add to my tractor to get "a working" rear set of outlets. I already have the DSCV for the loader. If I buy the "Rear Hydraulic Outlet Kit" (LVB25362) do I actually get a valve OR do I need to buy an extra valve OR is there and extra vavle in the DSCV that can be used? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I remember when I bought my tractor my dealer was asking about 1200$CAD (~700-800$US) more to install two more valves! That Rear Outlet Kit only cost 245$US! Humm.... I must be missing something!

I finally went with the manual rotating chute on the snowblower because of this. But guess what, now I wan to get a cab!
