I have a 1985 AC 6080 after running 10 minutes or so the RPM's drop.( I'V been running a chipper 1500 RPM'S) I have changed the fuel filer. I can shut it off and restart and the RPM's come back for a few minute. Are there any ideas out there?
Thanks Brian

Probably a fuel issue probably a restriction that doesnt let enough pass to keep running but when it sits still it trickles by and will re start and run.

So somewhere in or near the tank is probably a screen or strainer. Many have screens in the botton of tank or close to it.

Get all the fuel out and try to find the restriction.

you can blow back with an air hose but that just moving it not removing it.
Otherwise an air leak or hole in hose but almost certain a line or tank restriction (dirty crud or a bug)
