Anyone added on a seperate hydraulic system to utility tractor for more power (GPM x Pressure)? Seems like standard hydraulics on most <70hp tractors are under 20ish gpm. Would be nice to have like 28-40 to run brush grinders, etc..

It is done quite often, even when the tractor's hydraulics are more than
adequate.

They are the ubiquitous PTO hydraulic pumps, often added with a backhoe
attachment. Some PTO pumps have gear box increasers to provide
significant flow at lower PTO speeds, but all that is really needed is a
higher volume hyd pump. Your limitation is only how much hp you have
available at your PTO. A backhoe only needs 4-5 GPM or so at 2500psi,
which can easily be supplied by 20 hp tractors.

Prince and others make a range of PTO pumps. Finding one that puts
out 30 GPM at 2000psi or so should not be hard. You are going to need
some serious hp at the PTO, of course.
