Has anyone added a horn? The factory switch diagram appears to be neat and would probably want to stay that direction. Is the wiring already under the hood?
One horn that is NOT anemic is a Stebel motorcycle horn from Italy, sold on Amazon. I bought the optional installation kit but the Kubota mechanic that installed the horn told me not many of the components were useful on the tractor installation. The wires were too short.
Despite being LOUD, the horn is small.
Six years later it still moves dogs, squirrels and children on bicycles out of the road.
I wouldn't waste money on the factory horn. If it's anything like the one on my XR4140 it's almost useless when the tractor is throttled up. I had the stebel on my old motorcycle and can vouch for it. Even if the harness is not there it's not hard to wire a horn. A momentary switch a fuse and some wires are all you really need.

I am thinking about installing a horn on my XG3037. I think the wiring is already there. Like the others have said....go with a better quality horn. As for the switch, I will order the LS (or New Holland equivalent) switch so it matches.
