Adding Hydraulics to a Komatsu D20

Has anybody that has added hydraulics to a Komatsu D20 Dozer have pictures of it or a description of how they did it. I want to add/make a three point hitch to my dozer. Also has anybody put an electric winch one. I am thinking about putting a winch mount on the back where the ROPS bolts in.
