I am working on adding rear remotes on my 110. I have read comments hear about this.
My question is, if my tractor puts out 14gpm. when i operate a spool valve slowly where does the rest of the GPM go? I am thinking out the bypass, is this correct?
or
when a cylinder is actuated and it doesn't take 14gpm to operate, where does the excess oil go?

I am tying into the back hoe lines already installed on my machine.

This may sound like a stupid questio. I am just trying to make sure I do not mess up my main hyd. pump installing this option.

The fluid flows into the valve via the IN port, and then flow out to the PB/BYD (power beyond) port in a typical setup. When you move a spool (or lever that the spool is connected to it) some or all of the flow is directed to the "work ports" depending on how much the spool is move off of neutral, the excess flow doesn't go anywhere different, it just continues to flow out to the PB/BYD port and to the next valve in the series or back to the sump. When the cylinder is operated, some fluid is pushed out and back into the system via the opposing work port, then its directed to the OUT port and then back to the sump.

Clear as mud? :)
