Adjusting cone clutches

Hi all,

I would like to adjust the cone clutches on my Dixon 427. Right now they are pretty uneven between the sides. Does anyone know where I can get a manual that shows how to make this adjustment? Better yet, does anyone know how to make this adjustment?
