adjusting park brake xr3037

Anyone ever adjust the park brake on 3037? My tractor is not holding and was just wondering before I tear into it.

If yours is the same is mine - Follow the rod that attaches to your brake pedal, There is a adjustment nut and and a jam nut on the rod under the floor board. One on the drivers side is for left side, passenger is for right side. What you will be doing is adjusting the slack in the brake pedal, which will make your parking brake more effective if your brakes are worn down. I need to do this to my LS as well.

So I took a look at adjusting the brakes. I see a rod under the floor with an adjustment on the drivers side but all I see is a rod with no adjustment on the passenger side. Does this make any sense?
