Advance Auto Valvoline Synthetic Sale

Advance Auto has Valvoline Full synthetic in different grades in a two for one sale, ie pay 5.48 and get two qts.

Looks like it is ending at the end of August.

not a bad deal.

wish I would known, boubght 3 quarts of it yesterday at Auto Zone for the full price.

but some naysayer on this sight is going to say valvoline is not that good a oil, its probably a group3 which isnt really a synthetic and AMsoil holds up better when you test how it works on balls.

They also have a $10 rebate on 24 quarts of their regular oil (don't know if synthetic is included in this or not).

I went to get some but they didn't have 5w-30, so I bought two cases of Trop Artic semi-synthetic (whatever that is) for $1.69 a quart instead.

Ha ha. I don't use it on balls!

I looked around on the web and it seems like a good synthetic.
