Advice on buying used

I would just say look at it first hand before buying. If you have a relative or friend that knows tractors, bring them along.

Operate it.

For 6 acres, I myself, would want a heavy tractor. Therefore, I recommend looking at compact tractors, not sub-compact.

Look for a tractor everywhere. At your dealer, Craigslist, Local Paper and so on.

Use this forum for when you find something you like and ask questions.

Is this a cash deal or finance.?? If finance, I would try to buy new. I personally bought used off from Craigslist for much less than new though, I still desire a new machine. Good deals out there both ways...new or used.

The B7500 is a nice machine, but maybe a bit small for 6 acres. If part of the property is unimproved (wooded, for example) and you don't intend to improve it, the B7500 might be a good fit. It is not in the 25 HP+ range. IIRC, it's 20 or 21 gross engine HP and 16 or 17 PTO HP.
A B2710 or B7800 would be a better fit, if you want Kubota. For Deere, a 790 or 4300 would be a good fit.

I'm on my third tractor. All were used and all purchased from a dealer (two from the same dealer). I do not buy new equipment.

The other posts have pretty much covered everything I'd have suggested. Just don't let that tractor lust cloud good judgement and be prepared to walk away.

The price does seem a bit high, but IMHO, only by a thousand since there's a backhoe and snowblower.When you go to see it, have cash in your pocket and offer a couple thou less then his asking price. That starts the dickering...

Ditto on all the above. Taking your mechanic friend or getting to know a local mechanic and treating him right will do more for you overnight than all the reading you can do in a couple of months.
