I found a 10 foot disc locally. It is a Long 958. It is sadlly missing it's hydraulic cyclinder and I don't think my 3x8 will fit-I think it needs one with a longer throw. It looks like a very heavily made disc, but does have some wear on it. No welds or obviously missing parts or damage. Good tires. More rust (surface) than paint on it.
I have found very little about this brand. I think they are from the 70s but doubt they are still in business. Parts would be hard but I could probably get new discs from other brand if needed. The current discs are about 17" around but I don't know their original diameter. They guy is asking $1500. That seems like a whole lot to me since it is an old disc and not a major brand. Unless I get lucky and find used-- a new cylinder and the hoses and ends could easily run me $200.
Just thought I'd ask if anyone can give me info about this. I found little on here and less on google about them. Thanks
