Hey guys, I know this is a mf thread but I am looking at a agco st30 and was told they are similar to a mf. If anyone has any information to share on the good bad and ugly it would be helpful.

They tractor has fel, canopy(which I don't want), 2 rear remotes, hydro and 950 hours. They want 10k for it. What are your thoughts?

Also, will I be able to use the mf parts for the tractor or be able to find agco parts?

The compacts and sub compacts are built by Iseki for Agco. You can buy your parts from any Agco branded dealer.

Find out the service history. Also, maybe see if they will change all fluids as part of the deal.

They are a well built unit. Not sure what MF model they cross over to.

I beleive that is the same as a MF1531/1528 just causmedicly changed to Agco. but it would help if we knew the year.

The tractor is a 2001. It was owned by a retired farmer who used it for snow removal and and yard work.

You may wind up wanting the FEL and canopy, later on, for resale, it should be a Quick disconect, take them off and store them out of the weather. and save for a later date. the loader is worth more than $3000. new. and for resale you'll get a better and quicker sale with them.

I mistyped. the loader I want, the canopy is what I don't want. Although I did find a place online where I can buy a mmm for this tractor for $400 which may be better than mowing with my garden tractor which I could sell to pay for this.

the price on tractorhouse.com they go for $8000, to $9000, that is dealer sale, they make money off these so, no more than $8000. is a fair price...
