Hi,
I'm relatively new to this whole tractor thing and have just acquired a Ford/New Holland 1920 with a 7108 loader on it. Unfortunately due to a variety of circumstances, I am unable to determine what year my tractor is. Is there any way to determine this?

My local NH dealers list of serial #'s only goes to 1984. Since I just replaced the Hydraulic Filter and a headlight lamp we have discovered that it is post 1992. Any hints or helps would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Ford 1920 FWA, Mfr.1987-96, 28.5 PTO HP, 3089 lbs, Last fac. list $17,575

Last of Ford's compacts before New Holland in 1996. Post your serial #, I'll try for an exact year of build.

THE UNIT # ON THE SIDE OF TRANS. LEFT HAND SIDE UNDER FOOT PLATE SILVER TAG THE FIRST # WOULD BE THE YEAR (2 MEANING 1992) THE NEXT LETTER (B MEANS FEB.) THE NEXT TWO NUMBERS MEAN DATE (06 SIXTH DAY) THE NEXT LETTER ( B SECOND SHIFT) SO THIS TRACTOR WAS BUILT ON FEB. 6 1992 SECOND SHIFT GOOD LUCK gary
