Age of NH 258 rake by sn

Does anyone know how to determine the age of an implement from the serial #?

I bought a 258 rake from a guy who told me it was 4-5 years old. The sn is
860894. It is marked "Ford New Holland", which I have not seen on NH equipment since the mid-90s at least, so I doubt the age (and weathering suggests older as well).

Is there a NH dealer on here who can tell me the approximate age?

I don't know if that info is readily available. FNH badging more or less dates it in the Nineties. Age of a hay rake has little if any bearing on value; brand, size and condition are king. 258 production started in July, 1967 and continues today.
