Agracat/254
My Agracat 254 was running until we left the fuel valve off snd run dry on fuel.
Since then we cant get to restart. Have bled through injectors. In interim we lost all power through ignition switch do replaced. It would turn over but seems like no fire. Now we just get a clicking from the 30 amp circuit breaker located next to fuse block when trying to engage the preheaters for the injectors. Amp meter goes negative and returns zero corresponding to clicks.

Did you kill the battery cranking to bleed the fuel lines? Have you load tested the battery? Tried jumping/charging it?

yes, got a new battery since the old was already weak and then run down new, recharged and also jumped. still same results

Try cleaning all your connections (ground to frame/hot to starter/any master fuses/etc.) check the resistance of your cables ... could be internal corrosion. post clamps tight? Is it mechanical pump or does that have an electric fuel pump to prefeed fuel to the injection pump? Check all the fuses/relays. Running down the battery would increase amps & you may have fried a coil in a relay/solenoid/or starter so winding up with a short to ground. Did you change the fuel filters? are the fuel filters full of fuel? Try bleeding the fuel lines again if there is any possibility that you didn't clear all the air out. Keep the charger connected to battery while someone else cranks and you loosen/tighten the fuel lines at the injectors until you get clear flow/no bubbles. Last ditch thought, pull the fuel pickup ... could be a blocked screen if all the tank sediment was moved into the screen.

Thanks, filters changed and full of fuel.
Have cleaned all connections. Bled fuel lines and there is fuel flowing from injectors when screw on top loosened/at connections.
It is a mechanical fuel pump. We added oil to its reservoir before the last issue we had. Afterwords it started and run fine until we ran dry due to valve being closed. (I know)! Also added more oil to reservoir on fuel pump as per instructions until it run out top hole. It did push some fuel out the overflow similar as before but still wouldn’t start afterwards.

I do wonder how strong of stream should fuel be coming from injector bleed when cranking?
Will go back to my farm later this week to change the clutch switch ( even though I had it bypassed this time) also got a new 30 amp circuit breaker that’s near fuse block that is in line with glow plugs that I’ll replace.
