My sister is looking at a 55hp Ultra G3 FEL from Agrison for her 30 acre block to lift rolls of hay and general work around the place like slashing. There are quite a few not so complimentary reviews and articles regarding these tractors and the company selling them a number of years ago, even court case and Consumer Affairs cases in Victoria that are mentioned on this forum elsewhere. By the same token there is a lot of positive marketing reviews as well.

They are cheaper than your name brand tractors but is it a case of you get what you pay for? Is it worth the risk? They may now be good value?

If you know anything about these tractors or have one I'd love to hear from you.

Agrison hasn't made an appearance stateside that I know of, so those of us on the other side of the international date line may not have much to offer. Perhaps someone down under has more to add.

Please define the positive marketing reviews?

I always find it interesting how many positive reviews I can find for something I know to be utter junk! I read any review from someone very carefully especially one on the internet. Look for clues in the wording from even the legitimate reviews. Many people write a review while the new is still new and not even broken in yet. Think about it a review from someone with 50 hours is worth ? compared to a review from someone with 500 hours or someone who will use a machine like its a piece of china compared to someone like myself who will expect it to do everything its rated for and a little more.
Reviews online can be so misleading and outright bull even put up by the company itself without you ever knowing My wife recently wanted to purchase something and found some great reviews online and wonderful sales pitches attached to the manufacture web site. I continued to search and found some forums related and found more complaints than anything. Who should I believe the fancy web site with all the positive feedback and links to great reviews or the many posters like you and me here who are willing to share our experience both good and bad.

Personally with the amount of complaints I found with just a quick search I would stay as far away from them as I can.
