I have ordered from Agrisupply for several years, and have always had a good experience. My last two orders have taken what seems to be an excessive amount of time to ship. I placed my current order 10 days ago, and even though nothing was backordered, it still has not shipped.
I called yesterday to check on its status, and the agent said it had shipped, but not to me. They are sending my order to another store which has a sprocket I need. Once my order arrives at the other store and is processed, my order will ship, together, to me.
Has anyone else noticed a marked increase in the time it takes Agrisupply to fill their orders? My last order took 12 days to ship, even though nothing was backordered in it, either. Is there a trick to getting them to ship in the advertised "under 48 hours" timeframe on non-backordered stock? Have others experienced this type of delay in shipping time and figured out a way around it?
