agway accumlator & grapple anybody used one

hi im new here . i just bought a accumlator and grapple from agway manufacturing for small square bales . has anybody used one any problems with unit . the dealer i bought it from said he had a lot of these units in the field and every one realy liked them . seems very simple to use . i got the 8 bale unit it was a demo model only used one time so it should be set to run . thanks

I don't have an agway ... I do use a 10 bale grapple and accumulator. My grapple is Rafter M and I built the accumulator.

jmc, i dont understand what your asking . i ask the dealer about the unit befor i bought it . i have watched it work on youtube . i just wonderd if someone on here had one and how they liked it . so what did i do wrong .what am i suppose to be a customer of

Welcome to TBN.. I'v seen one at Agway but don't own one.. Do you have any pics of it in operation?? I bet it saves you some time how did you collect the bales before ???

i dont have pics yet dealer has not delivered it yet . but it can be seen on youtub in oparation . we always picked them up out of the field by hand on a trailer . im getting older not the best of health . have no help so this seems the best way to go .

TBN gets a parade of clumsy marketing efforts disguised as questions from psuedo-regular members about a particuliar product. Typically these questions introduce talking points about the product or attempt to stimulate a favorable discussion about the product. These psuedo-posts invariable say favorable things and the psuedo-poster usually has very few posts. Your's fits that profile.

jmc , sorry to ruff your feathers . but i asure you thats not me . im a slity over weight farm boy from ky that bought this piece of farm equipment from a dealer hear in ky . to be honest with you im excited about the hay equipment i just bought . it should make square baling hay a lot easyer for my farm . ive been paying $10 a hour to get my hay put up . and i could not find very much help at that price . so i am not tied to agway in any shap or form except i own one of there grapples and accmulators . if i dont put the name brand of what im asking about how would anyone know what im talking about . hope this sizes things up for you

Two reasons I didn't go with a pull behind the baler accumulator ... one is if the baler misses a bale it messes up the accumulator and second cost ... I feel they are overpriced.

the dealer told me if baler miss a bale it was a pain . my baler will only miss about one bale in a 1000 bales so that dont bother me much . more of a concern to me is crossing dips in the field and if it will rough up the bales pulling them on the ground . i dont like that you have to bolt the table accumlator to the baler . i know what you mean by over priced but i think i got a good deal on this one . it was $10.000 new witch this one was a demo model only used one time by the dealer i got it for $6500 this is a piece of equipment you just find used in this condition around here even if you can find used at all . im not that big of opration so cost has been a hard pill to swallow for me . thanks for your reply blue river
