Nice looking rig. It most likely will give you years of problem free work...It won't ask much of you just some diesel and oil...

Amos, she is a beauty. Now sit back and enjoy that "new tractor smell"! Congrats.

Hasn't the phrase been updated to "John Thomas tractors smell???"

And, yes, Congrats!

Congratulations. Nice looking tractor. When I picked up my new Kubota a little over a year ago, I had already purchased a seat cover for it, so I wouldn't dirty the seat. Here's wishing you many enjoyable and productive hours of Seat Time.

Nice machine Amos. I can almost smell the new from here. Looks like you got a couple of rear remotes. You got TNT also?

Not exactly sure what TNT is (other than the explosive variety :), but I did get 1 remote and a hydraulic top-link. I love that already. I can't wait to try that on my box and grader blades and a rear tiller. Also got the telescoping stabilizers and cruise (for mowing one of my feilds which is flat). Thanks guys!

Nice tractor. TNT is top n tilt, which you already have the top link.

Amos,

What are telescoping stabilizers - are they off the 3 PTH or rear mower?

Amos,

What are telescoping stabilizers - are they off the 3 PTH or rear mower?

Yes, they work with the lower arms - they help keep the arms from swaying back and forth when you don't want them to.
The Kubotas come standard with stabilizers that screw in and out to adjust to make them longer or shorter. (Much like the standard toplink bar). The Telescopic stabizers are much faster to adjust. They have holes in them and they slide in or out to shorten/lengthen them, and when you get two holes lined up so the bar is then length you want, you put a pin through the holes to secure them in that position. (The hydraulic top link is a timesaver also... When you need to make the toplink longer or shorter, you just push the valve lever up or down - a lot faster than hand screwing the top link like a turnbuckle...

Kubota comes standard with ones that adjust like a turnbuckle (slow-going screwing them in and out to adjust)

On the left is a pic of the "Telescopic stabilizers"

On the right are the real old ones and it shows where they fit (on the outside of lift arms) A lot of the old ones were slotted and adjusted with a bolt/nut, some were solid, non-adjustable.

I put a quick hitch on my bx so I would not have to mess with those turnbuckles.

Congrats. You may want to check your rear tires, they could be set in the narrow position. Unless you need them set narrow the tractor will be much more stable with them set wide.

Congratulations Amos. I have it's twin with different shoes. Just got it back from 50 hour service. Looks like new again after they washed it. One caution watch your parking brake, if you don't push it down hard the motor will pull you arond until you smell something hot. Only happened to me a couple of times till I put a warning light on it.
