Maybe somebody that knows something about hydraulics (that aint me) can help me out. I seem to have air in my curl cylinders on my loader. When the bucket is tilted down any, and I set it down, the bucket curls up several inches. I don't remember this happening when it was newer, so I'm guessing that I'm getting air in those cylinders. I have checked all the fittings from the cylinders back to the joystick, and haven't found any leaks or loose connections. I have tried bleeding them by cycling them completely 10 - 15 times, but I still have some movement. Any ideas?

You probably have a suction leak, and you will continually have to bleed the cyl's unless you find the leak.

Check all the clamps from pump back to the tank. Look in the tank and see if you see air bubbles. Maybe pin hole in the rubber part of the suction hose. Try putting some grease on the rubber parts and see if the bubbles stop.

Best time to look in the tank is when first starting the tractor. Use a flash light if possible.
