Loader Air in hydraulic oil

Hello all
I have posted a couple post about my project mounting la 350 looader on my L2500DT.

Ok so project is done loader is mounted and everything worked out good.

now I have posted before about air in system and got good advise about what to do.
So here it goes I have put new O-Ring and new hose on suction line pull as much universal hydro oil out and cleaned hydro filter. also rebuilt draft control knob and put new kubota UDT hydro fluid in. Now loader responds MUCH BETTER but still getting air in hydro fluid.?????:confused2:

Loader moves fast up and down and roll back and dump.I can set loader on ground and drive and dig and it will pick tractor off the ground but to set bucket on ground and dump it wont pick tractor up and it did when I started this.Also wont pick up a load witch i figure that is do to the air bubbles in system.

I have read on here that it could be pressure relief valve not being set right but that doesn't count for the air.

Any advise would be a grand help and appreciated.

I don't have a solution except to tell you I had the same problem with a B20. The problem only happened at start up. What I did was put in Super UTD and the problem improved. It would only occur on cold days after the oil change. What I would do is shut down and let the oil settle for 5 or 10 minutes. Generally I would be OK then.

I asked Kubota for super UDT and they don't carry it in NC cause it doesn't get cold enough here.

Now good news is Got the ( NO POWER) issue fixed.
It was the pressure relief valve not set right and now it will pick up way more then the bucket can hold

Son was messing around in wet dirt yesterday and WOW what a difference that relief valve makes.

You must have went to Mt. Airy Equipment? I bought a gal of Super UDT 2 at the dealership in Monroe, NC about 4 months ago. I believe I saw it available at Mid-South Tractor in Salisbury also.

Hello herkypilot,

No it was kubota in Raleigh and those guys are awesome help and do everything able to them to help there customers.
They have helped me on parts so much its unreal. And when I ask for a part they have or can have it next day.

Now with Mt. Airy kubota I will never go there again and I live 20 miles from them.
They didn't even have a hydro filter in stock for l2500 (CRAZY)

With that said I still have couple things J,J told me how to check but out of town this week so sat I will check and see what I can find.
