Amazing!!!

I've driven through/past there a dozen times and never thought it could look anything like that.

Thanks,
Eddie

I use it as background on my computer. Makes me homesick for New Mexico. Would move to Taos in a minute except my wife hates snow. We spent two years in Fairbanks, Alaska and that was enough snow to last her a lifetime.

Nice picture. There have been some openings in Alaska and I was after my wife to let me take the job but she kept insisting that I get a drug test before we continued the conversation :) . And she grew up in the "snowbelt" in upstate New York, where you didn't see the blacktop until spring! When I first visited her in her hometown I was amazed how fast everyone drove around on the snowpacked roads. -Ed

Yes, it is.

Did you ride the cable car up the mountain? I've been to Albuquerque 2 or 3 times. We did the cable car & had dinner at the restaurant once. All I can say about that view in twilight is, "WOW!"

Yes, several times, but not in years. My mother lives on the west side in Rio Rancho and my sister and niece live on the east side of the city just below the mountain. Usually I just sit on my mother's back porch and watch the mountain as it changes colors when sun sets in the evening.

Her friend said he wanted to get the Rio Grande, the Bosque, city lights and mountain all in the shot.

Wow. That's good. Really good. And I was born in Albuquerque and have seen a bazillion shots of the city over the decades.

Froggy, what a great photo!
I've been up there in Sandia Mountain when I visited my friend Larry G (gugloils). He live in Edgewood about an hour out of Albuquerque. We went on a motorcycle ride all through that area. That sure is nice out there.

Never have heard from my niece. She is expecting a girl in August and replying to me about this is the last thing on her mind.
