Allis-Chalmers 5040

Does any one know what an Allis 5040 in good condition would be worth.Its a 2 wheel drive,40hp and i have owners and service manual.

The closes I can come w/some infomation w/out knowing the year..hours..any attachment are, A/C 5040,2wd,1980,good working condition,$5,500.oo asking price in 1998 and was sold w/in a week.
