Allis Chalmers 715 loader backhoe

I've found an Allis Chalmers 715 backhoe for sale locally. He says it's an early 80s with 4500 hours. Can't find another one to compare it to on a google search. He says it runs great and operates well. Asking $8,000. Looks fairly clean. Anyone have any comments or recommendations? :confused2:

PS: This is sitting on a small ranch/farm in a very rural area. It doesn't appear to have had 30 years of use. It's sat around for years.
