Does any body have any manuals on the 712S mower??? I am mainly interested in maint. and belt changes on this beast.

1. Go to http://www.simpletractors.com

2. Look up the corresponding Simplicity model in the Cross-Reference info(they're the same except for paint, decals, etc.).

3. Then, you can input the Manufacture Number into the little search box on the left side of the screen, and it will find the Simplicity owner's manuals (from the Simplicity site) that you can download for free...
