Got the wheel adapters made and turf tires installed. Now all that's left if dress the wheels a little and paint them. Then I'll be done OOPS forgot about moving the FEL from the 1700 to the 2020.

A machine shop between Athens and Huntsville, Al made them for me. They did a great job.

What are "wheel adapters"? Will those turf tires fit on any 2*** model? I'm looking at a 2*** model mostly for mowing and some FEL work. Will these tires still get enough traction for FEL and maybe some plowing/tilling of small gardens?

Did the adapters cost less than hey wheel would make wheels ?

I didn't check with Hey Wheel, but the machine shop made the adapters for $50 each. I really don't think I could get wheels that size made for that price.
