Which One do you want to know about?
When doing lawn maintenance, there are two kinds of tasks that require an attachment to remove parts of the soil, there is a plugger, and an aerator. The aerator has always gone as deep as possible and removed a core from the lawn to fight thatch and compaction, and the plugger has always pulled a smaller plug out to allow grass seed and fertilizer to go into the ground for better germination. A plugger doesn't do as good of a job fighting compaction and thatch as an aerator, and an aerator will bury the grass seed too deep to plant great grass, so we decided to build a new attachment that can save you over 50% of the cost of lawn maintenance, and save time twice a year (more for lawn care professionals) when it is time to aerate and plug.
The alternating depth aerator/plugger combo is designed with twice the tines of our aerator or plugger, with half of them being countersunk an extra 1.5". This countersinking means that half of the tines will be aerating, and half of the tines will be plugging, effectively doing two jobs on your lawn at the same time, and with one attachment instead of two.

Here is a video of our newest Xtreme Aerator offering. The first half of the video consists of Ted going over the features in the studio, and the second half is a demonstration that shows the guys putting it to use in the lawn.

Nice.

This is something I'd have to save the pennies for!

Any recommendations on tractor size/HP needed to pull each of the different sizes of these?

It's best to match them up according to the tractor's lift capacity, and the lay of your land can also be a factor.
The aerators, without double tines, weigh: 36"(650 pounds) 48"(850 pounds) 60"(1,140 pounds)

My recommendation:
The 36" would be good on subcompacts like the BX.
The 48" for a B series, or another comparable small compact(like the tractor in the video).
The 60" fits best on L series and above(larger compacts and utility tractors).
