I have been mig welding for several years, but am far from being an expert. I have only used C25 with good results. I have a small aluminum repair I'd like to do but don't want to spend the money on another bottle of pure argon. Can I get away with using the C25?

Nope. + Learning to weld aluminum with a standard mig welder (push type) is frustrating. If you don't have a pull type mig gun you may want to find a weld shop to do the repair. Burnbacks, birdsnests, wasted tips get old quick.
