Loader Aluninum Forks

Purchased a mower deck for my BX-23 and the guy loaded my trailer with clamp on bucket forks. Couldn't wait to get home to do research on forks for my tractor. This was going to make my life so much easier. Decided on aluminum forks from Northern Tool because of the light weight. Ordered them September 25th. Just came in today almost a month after I ordered them. They said delivery 9-14 days. They were shipped from the factory here in Indiana so I figured a week maybe a week on the outside. I have never ordered anything from Northern Tool, but I can tell you I will never order anything else from them. I called Northern Tool five times and got empty promises or no information each time. If I didn't want aluminum forks, I could have bought some off eBay for 1/3 the price and had delivery within a week. Really not happy with Northern Tool. Hope the forks are worth the wait.

IMO NT has gone way downhill....I've had similar experiences ordering something for in store delivery....waited weeks for something supposedly in stock at their distribution center...75 miles away!
Two weeks ago I filled out an online customer complaint about their Greenville SC store refusing to honor a price on their manager special whiteboard.
I probably wouldn't have bothered but they claimed it was a typo..disappointing and they should have honored the price....but I hung around awhile and they never did go over and correct it...just let it keep misleading customers.
Never heard a word back....

sounds like a quick picture with a cell phone camera would be good. Maybe two showing different time stamps.

Or setting your speed dial on automatic to tie up their phone lines. Just be sure to dial *69 before to prevent them from seeing your number. just a thought.
