Tractor
Mahindra 2815 HST
Bought my 2815 about 6 weeks ago. Also bought the power beyond kit that would have to be ordered. When the tractor was delivered, I noticed that the grill and the filler panel underneath were both cracked. When I signed the papers I wrote a check for the power beyond kit ($742 or something like that), Notified him about the grill and filler panel (showed him pictures) and also bought all the filters for the tractor (3 were not in stock). I was told that parts are normally in within 24 hours but sometimes take 48. This was during the hurricane and I expected it to take longer. Now here it is at least 6 weeks later and I also have a leaky hydraulic cylinder (they were notified several weeks ago). I am still waiting for my power beyond kit, 3 filters, and the grill and filler panel (warranty). not sure that I want them to touch the leaking cylinder. What I would like to know is:

1. Am I being unreasonable in expecting to have my parts?
2. Should I put my foot in his backside tomorrow morning since he will no longer return my phone calls? (always been polite but he hasn't redurned the last 3)
3. Is there another dealer on this forum that can take care of my needs? If so I would like pricing of the power beyond kit including shipping to 67108 and when I could expect to have the at my door. Would also like to know if there is any way to warranty parts through the mail.

Also need these filters:
098060000001
196905331100
19642509000

I can't say anything about the dealer returning your call but one thing I know...The parts for Mahindra are still screwed up a little bit, it is taking way longer than normal and we were also told some of our parts orders were lost.
There isn't much we can do about mother nature.
Unless a dealer has the valve in stock I think we would endure the wait also.

Instead of calling why not drop by.

If you still get no results, I am more than willing to work with you.

I've had a few problems with getting some parts right after the hurricane but everything has been pretty smooth for the last couple of weeks. Parts should normally take 3-4 days if not shipped overnight.

The valve might take longer depending on what's in stock and how they ship it.

Calll the owner of the dealership. The lower grill panels were a problem, they faded really bad and Mitsu sent boxes of replacements pieces. The new ones are made differently and don't seem to fade. I thought they had all been changed, but this one must not have been. As far as parts, we are a fairly high volume dealer and order stuff all the time. Except for a week or 10 days right after the hurricane, parts have not been a problem at all.

I have talked to the OP and his dealer was out of the country recently. ;) I am sure the dealer will take care of the issues as best he can now that he is back. I will probably take care of the cylinder myself. Wish I had known last week since I drove right by there to his dealer and back on Thursday.

Then the OP has a very good dealer. I just spent the week with him in Japan touring the Mitsubishi plant. Can you say jet-lag? If Bill does not have any of the hood nose pieces in stock, have him give me a call. I have a couple extra.

Just got back from my dealer this morning. Many people said to go see him and rback33 also let me know that he was out of the country for the last week. Anyway, I got my filters and rear remote. He did not have the grill and filler panel so he gave me an entire hood assy from a tractor off the lot!! Will swap out the parts I need and take the rest back to him.:) Thank you all for the assistance, and especially to rback33 for letting me know that he was out of town and for offering to take care of my cylinder. I am sending a pm to set up a time.
