i didn't get to the tree in time this year. algeries had me tied up with 1 to 2 klenex boxes per day. maybe 3 dozen that were still good by time it was gotten to. rest bees and wasps and like got to them. poor tree had so much on it, that i think it sunk itself down in the ground a couple inches. it pretty much looked like your tree.
i still have canned from a couple years ago. my digestive track can only handle so much cleaning errr natural laxative that pears have...
