An Incredable Dealer

I'm trying to solve a control valve problem on my BH2375. The local dealer where it was purchased isn't very knowledgeable with the controls and even though under warranty, I'm doing the diagnosing and labor. Rick, from Wallace Tractor, sent me a reply in a previous post to help guide me. I couldn't find the defect causing the problem, so while in my state of dispare, I telephoned Rick.

What an incredible person. He told me other steps to complete to narrow down the problem and what I could possibly advise my selling dealer. He would even talk to my dealer to help him help me. I wished I lived close to Rick so I could make all my purchases there.

I'm sure that there are many other dealers like Rick who do their best for their customers. We do appreciate you all.

I will second your opinion of Mr. Wallace. After he delivered my tractor, I decided I needed a set of pads for the BH outriggers. I called Rick, gave him what was left of my credit card and they were here the next day.
Every dealer on here is more than willing to help out. You couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of guys and gals /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Isn't it something that one questionable dealer can get 13 pages of comments, (the warranty thing)? It's nice to comment on a good thing too.

Making this thread longer is easy. The Wallaces are truly nice people. The amount of people who will discover this is bound to grow.

Rick is a true asset to the Kioti Company as well as Kioti owners. He is always willing to help even though you may be many hundreds of miles away.
