Android App and can't get password

I have an account that I always accessed on the App, that doesn't work now. I don't know my password, and when I enter user name and click forgot password, it says it sent a password reset to my email. I always got my TBN emails on my yahoo email, but I haven't gotten any password reset emails on it. I didn't really want to make a new account and all, but I figured I would to at least see if anyone has a sugestion.

By the way, I tried getting on with a computer, but same nothing result when I clicked "forgot password".

Maybe you used a different email account for the android app than you used for TBN.

Did you get the username correct?

I got the username correct; it was paulharvey; the point about being linked to a different email might be on. I have a Gmail account, but I had a different one years ago that I forgot the password to, it couldn't be recovered, cause it was linked to a 'Hotmail' account from like 15 years ago...

Do they plan on fixing the app? Or just using this Taptalk only?

I don't know about other apps. I only recently started to use tapatalk. It makes it easier to load pics for me. Most of the time I use chrome on my smart phone and just go to the full site.

The old account was paulharvey, in order to ask this question, I made a new account called paulsharvey.

One odd part is when I just opened my profile it says "paulsharvey" is also know as "paulharvey" in Tapatalk.

I went through the same thing, forgot password, request email, no response.

After reading this, had a brainfart & tried another password, lo & behold, here i am.
