Brown is by far the best brush cutter you can buy. We have a 416 and it is a beast. You need a bigger tractor with probably 50hp PTO to do heavy tree cutting

Scott 728's Woods BB60x likely has the easy blade change mechanism: I think this is only on Woods- patented. This for sure would make changing blades for the different tasks really handy.

Careful thinking that cutting grass is an easy task:
That's 9'-10' tall grass (average, however, is likely about 7')! My NX5510 and 6' RC was creeping along (43hp @ PTO). Fortunately there's only a couple of small-ish patches that are this brutal. You can see the cut path in my side mirror. I'd run my 7' flail though some tall stuff and it did pretty well, but I only did a little bit and, because they're not recommended for mowing really tall grass, I will only hit stuff like this with the RC. And I initially mowed my place with my B7800 (23hp @ PTO) and a 5' light-duty RC! (snails would pass me!)

Yeah, I have fairly extensive experience (on my property) mowing with my B7800 and a 5' RC: a good 5 years, in which the majority of my clearing/reclaimation activities took place. There's something to be said about SLOW, and that that it gives you time to think: too many people get in a hurry to mess up!

I do some commercial mowing and have been through several cutters. Most are pretty good if you use them for what they were intended for. I have used King Kutter,Bushog,Big B,IMC,Hawkline, Titan and Woods. Some of these brands have been bought out and are no longer made. I was satisfied with all but the Titan. It appears to be well built, but it has bent in places that I did know you could bend one. I am currently using a Woods as my primary cutter. It is well built but is not indestructible. It also was expensive. I would not cut anything over an inch or so on the regular. You can back over a larger one from time to time but it sends shock waves through the unit and the tractor. Basketball sized rocks and sinkholes have caused the most damage over the years. Being careful does not guarantee you will not tear something up. Cutting your own property over and over will lend itself to a much longer life, as you learn how to avoid or eliminate most obstacles. A rotary cutter is a simple machine and is usually easy to judge by looks alone. If it has oil in the gearbox, no leaks and it not all bent up, it it most probably OK. and frequently can be much cheaper. I would not worry about the paint unless it matters to you. Most cutters are stored outside and tend to fade. One final thought, the shortest honeymoon in the world, can be with a new cutter. I broke in a new cutter in a familiar field, but managed to hit a rock which promptly popped three golf ball sized dents in the side of the cutter.
