I spent the better part of Sunday bending these hooks for a barbell rack I’m building for my gym.
I used 3/16”x2” flat bar and formed them with a 2”D radius on my hydraulic press. Uniform repeatability was less than perfect but rectified with “massaging” a few of them.
3/8” holes punched for plug welding to 2”x3” square tube.
