i have found that rusted bolts use bees wax or candle wax. heat the bolt and let the wax melt into the threads. loosen. might have to do it multiple times but works even for corroded bolt.

Have used that trick and it does work. Headed to town to get a 1 1/16 box end wrench, even a short socked won't fit. I'll get one with a warranty, figure I'll have a 3 foot cheater on the end :)

Managed to get the nuts off all the bolts yesterday. Now the problem is the bolts are rusted solid in the holes that go through the plow arms.

Success, now have the saddles off the plow. Heat and pounding on old chisels wedged between the saddle and plow arm finally broke the bolts loose. Thinking about just cutting off enough of the rear part to be able to straighten the 1/4 inch stuff in my press then welding it back together.
