New location. Dug the holes prior to digging the clumps out.

Final photo, finished for the day. This early spring is not good. Way to warm for this time of year. Watered very heavy after planting the clumps, now we need some heavy damp snow.

PJ,

Does your mini hoe have a 9" bucket on it? Your bucket looks much bigger than that from the submitted picture.

Can you put different sized buckets on the mini hoe? Is there a concern of overloading or breaking anything?

Thanks

It's a 9 inch bucket. Looks deceiving as the teeth flair out in front. You would be surprised how that little bucket can rip and dig. It has become one of the most used attachments for me. I'm getting ready to build a 3 foot high brick wall 200 feet long. I will use the mini hoe to dig a trench 4 inches deep for the sand.

Paul,
When I opened up the forum last night, I was surprised, but more than happy, to see the latest episode of the ongoing saga, of Eeny-Meeny- Miney-Hoe, what a challenge, what a reward !!
As the picture opened up, I was saying Paul, Paul, remember that's PT, not "ET". Wait until you finish this project, before you start contemplating 'Wings' as an attachment.
Congratulations on a fantastic job, and I think on behalf of, all of us hungry watchers, a special vote of thanks must go out to your resident photographer, who presents so many outstanding shots.
Your Picture story, plus all the praise you, David, Hans, Ernie, Rob, and all the others who I haven't memorised yet have for the PT, have given people like myself a much better understanding of these incredible machines. You are all Power Trac's super sales force. Thank you everyone.

Looks like you are having fun. The weather isn't quite right for fun here, yet. Almost, though. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
