Just wondering, but is a JD Model G one of the models with the tricycle front wheels?? If so, I wonder if that contributed to the accident? This victim was only 27, and it happened the day before Thanksgiving day. I feel sorry for his family.

SENECA, SC (FOX Carolina) - The Oconee County Coroner said that a Seneca man died after he was pinned under his tractor following an accident Wednesday.
Coroner Karl Addis said Jeremy Raines, 27, died in surgery at Greenville Memorial Hospital from internal injuries he sustained as a result of blunt force trauma.
Addis said Raines was driving a 1952 John Deere G series tractor along Tokeena Road near Seneca when he made a sharp right turn onto Valley Farm Road.
After turning, the tractor ran off of the shoulder, went down an embankment and came to rest near a tree, according to Addis. Addis said Raines came off the tractor and was pinned between the tractor and tree.
Addis said Raines' friends were operating other tractors behind him and came to his help, backing the tractor away from Raines and the tree.
Raines was airlifted to GMH after he was treated by EMS at the scene around 5:25 p.m., according to the coroner.
South Carolina Highway Patrol was called in to investigate and Addis said Raines death was ruled an accident.
According to the Coroner's Office, Raines was employed at the Anderson County Detention Center.
