Faced both sides of wheel then drilled and reamed to 3/4" dia. and pressed in oil impregnated bronze bushings then line reamed bushings to the 16mm dia. the OEM size of the axle bolt. 2nd I drilled and tapped axle bolt to except a 1/4-28 thd. grease fitting and cross drilled a hole 1 1/4" from under shoulder of bolt which is between the 2 bronze bushings.
4 pictures, 2 of my used (about 1 1/2 seasons of mowing) wheels and axle bolts and 2 of new wheels and axle bolts up dated to my new standards. Let me know if I can help any TBN members

I like the solution and I am ready to take my wheels off and ship them to you for the modification. I like your work as shown by my confidence to recommend the mower deck axle wheels after getting mine back in September. I know that you make a quality product and it is always well thought out. Count me in on this one also. Post an address, so I can get my wheels in the mail to you to have them back in time for the mowing season..... thanks /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
