Found this trophy while boxblading in a field. Someone thought it was a ratchet for wagon wheel brakes but doesn't look like a ratchet to me.
Anyone?

Not sure but it looks like a great knife blank if you can find someone with a forge, clean it up and harden it. Then just need to form a handle.

It could be off of a baler or binder??

That was my first thought but not sure. The notches would suggest some kind of hand held device. Glad that it didn't get picked up by one of the tires.
