I have an old Goldoni Universal 224. No comparison with the jaw-dropping Mach4, but it takes you anywhere and, except for a front loader, does everything.
Especially if you have steep slopes, or if you want to do selective logging (i.e.l use it as a miniature skidder). Even the anemic hydraulics are sufficient for almost anything.
Parts is another story, but if you know a distributor it's much easier. Also, preventive maintenance and stocking up on re-build kits and consumables helps. Or buy a precision lathe.
