i'm looking to buy some property that is 45 mins away as a long-term investment. i was thinking about establishing a tenant-farmer relationship with someone to farm it, live on the property as a tenant, and contribute to the maintenance. anyone either a landlord with this or tenant? any information on how this works would be appreciated.
