Any body have information on this Roto-Cutter?

This isnt a tractor question but I thought someone might have some information on this. It is a push lawn mower built by roto-hoe and sprayer company. I havnt been able to find any mention of it anywhere. The engine is a Lauson RSH-899 I would appreacate any help. Thanks.
